 The Origins of Spanish-Lessons-Online.com
Spanish-Lessons-Online.com was founded by an American who got tired of his desk job, came to Mexico as a volunteer and fell in love with the country, it's culture, and his wife (who was his Spanish teacher). After his volunteer position ended he and his wife decided to go into the field of Spanish educations. As their experience in the field grew they noticed that there was a large number of highly qualified and experienced Spanish teachers in Mexico who did not have enough work to help support their families. This lack of work was even worse when their was turmoil in Mexico, whether it be a hurricane, rise in air travel costs or the recent flu outbreak.
In order to help these teachers provide for their families, Spanish-Lessons-Online.com was founded. By providing these heighly experienced Spanish teachers with the training necessary to use Skype, and connecting them with students from all over the world we hope to provide them with a steady source of income that is not affected by natural disasters or world politics.
In exchange, what this allows Spanish-Lessons-Online.com to offer it's customers is a chance to study Spanish with some of the best Spanish teachers in the world at an affordable price from the comfort of their own homes. While our mission is to help the Spanish teachers, we are also very selective in who we allow to enter into our service. All of our Spanish teachers are have to meet with us in person, and pass a three step interview process (which includes a trial Spanish lesson live and over Skype). On average only 1 in 10 teachers make the cut. This is order to garantee our Spanish-Lessons-Online.com students the highest quality of Spanish instruction available.
